The Visionary
The inspiration behind the BEF vision comes from multi-faceted origins. For one, the founder, Barrister (Mrs) Bernadette Eyisi had an upbringing that witnessed at first-hand, a life time of giving and support to people of various backgrounds by both parents, especially the late mother, Mrs. Janet Madu (popularly called America). Then came marriage and she had the special fortune of joining hands with Chief Simeon Eyisi, a man so naturally given to giving and supporting others that his Neni people game him the traditional title of ‘Omeluora’ (He who does things for the people!). And so, for Barrister (Mrs) Eyisi, the life of giving just went on to another level.
